All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include any applicable promo discount at the time of your order. 3. Placing an Order

Orders are placed by filling in the order form on a product page. After you order, our team will call or WhatsApp the phone number you provide to confirm your order details before it is dispatched. Please provide accurate delivery information — we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or phone numbers.

4. Payment — Pay on Delivery

We currently operate on a pay-on-delivery basis only. No payment is collected online. You pay our delivery agent in cash or by transfer at the point of delivery, after you have inspected the item(s).

5. Delivery

Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation, depending on your location. Orders of 2 or more items qualify for free shipping as indicated on the Site. Please only place an order if you will be available to receive it within this window — repeated failed deliveries may result in your order being cancelled.

6. Inspection, Returns & Refunds

You may inspect your item(s) before paying our delivery agent. If an item is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you may decline it at the point of delivery at no cost. For issues discovered after delivery, contact us within 48 hours at support@luxuval.com with your order details and photos where applicable, and we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by contacting us at support@luxuval.com or via WhatsApp. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled but may be declined at the point of delivery as described in Section 6.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, and the Luxuval name and logo — belongs to Luxuval Global Limited and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
